I have 24hour RING cameras on my prooerty. Twice this seller lied. The first time they claim my package was delivered on a Sunday. Not only was I home but I provided documented video proof of NO deliveries. Clothsea said they would re-ship my order. Waited again for the second order. AGAIN they said it was delivered on a Sunday. I was home. I again provide 72 hours of survelance footage showing NO deliveries. They then tell me the courier said I signed for the package. That I need to check with neighbors and check with USPS. AGAIN I provide documented video proof of NO such delivery. The USPS and FEDEX both confirm that the tracking number AND courier are not credible or viable and the actual company provided can not be verified anywhere. With my video proof and verification from USPS of no such Courier I again ask for a FULL refund. Clothsea then tells me they can only provide a 70% refund. The REFUND also never came and none of the informatiin they provided is credible. Their phone number isnt real its a disconnected number. The website is also fraudulent. The customer service is fraudulent and the Company itself. THEIVES on the ultimate level. Even with video proof to document my claim they refused my refund and I recived NO product NO refund. The back and fourth correspondence with them lefr all my issues unresolved. DO NOT TRUST CLOTHSEA its a scam!
