Description
I looked up online private health insurance and a heath insurance broker website came up. I called and I spoke to a guy selling health insurance. He went through various options and coverages, we agreed on $718.00 month payment and offered options. He said a card would be coming in the mail and I would get a welcome email. He said I was part of the First Health by AetnaCVS health network. He looked up if my local hospital and doctors was included in my PPO plan. I have not received any email or card and it has been 2 weeks now. I have been trying to reach with the number they gave me and does not work, I have tried to log into Aetna health portal and the member number given does not work.
