I came across a sales ad on TikTok for a weighted plushie. At check out they offered a 2nd plushie for 4.97. I added the 2nd one and my total at checkout did NOT include a 2nd $14.97 charge for shipping. I was shocked to see my total. They added the 2nd shipping sneakily. I messaged them immediately to cancel. No one responded. They also tried charging my card for an additional 39.97 for a monthly membership which I did not agree to. My bank alerted me so quickly while I was still writing to them to cancel. I responded to my bank's alert that yes, it was a fraudulent charge. I had to cancel my card, request and wait to receive a new one in the mail. Today I received both plushies in the SAME package, with NO weights and they are half the size they show in the ad. Their website offers absolutely no support. Everything is worded as your loss and nothing we can do about it. They are 100% a SCAM company.
