Description
Extremely predatory and threatening letter sent via USPS. Threatened to revoke a home warranty I do not even have, and never purchased. This letter would by perceived by elderly or people of limited cognitive faculties as a real threat and states that if the 4Ever Home Warranty fee is not paid immediately bad things would happen to their home. The alleged agent name is Vicky Mercer, number is 888-404-4504. They even had a fake customer ID provided for me: FHOMAFHD5354, given as though this is something I had signed up for previously.
