Description
I booked a flight for my 6-month-old infant on the EVA Air website, in addition to my own ticket. Later, I called EVA Air's customer service to request a bassinet for my flight. Unfortunately, a scammer intercepted my call and pretended to be from EVA Air customer service. They requested my credit card information and charged me $290 for the bassinet, which is supposed to be free. The next day, I called EVA Air again. They could not locate the $290 charge, but they confirmed that a bassinet had been assigned to my ticket. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the $290 charge came from EVAAIRAIRTICKET, not EVA Airways. Additionally, a phone number, (858) 834-8360, is associated with this charge, which is definitely not from EVA Air.
