Description
We were guaranteed a Christmas delivery. Even without that, the website says 3-5 days for shipping after design is approved. We ordered and approved a design 3 weeks before Christmas. A label was finally created 12/18 but nothing after that on tracking. When we emailed as well as messaged (on Facebook) the “customer service team”, a general (seemed like AI or automated) response was given. We were told once they give it to the carrier they are no longer responsible and that there is nothing they can or will do about it now. However tracking does not state the carrier ever received it, just that a label was created. The company claims to have a 100 day money back guarantee on their website but the small print says only when you ship back the item (and pay for shipping) and they inspect it. We can’t ship back something we did not receive. The company has been deleting all of my negative reviews on their site and elsewhere as well as comments on social media. They even asked for a tip for the artist which we generously gave when it was created. We have been scammed out of money from the original payment as well as the tip while they never had to send any product and claim no responsibility but you also can’t talk to a real person.
