Then said “in order to stop further action from being taken you will need to contact the legal department at 866-292-2575 this call logged in recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you”. The person answering that number said his name was Brian and it was the corporate office. Had no info only that it was from some credit union we never had an account with. Nothing shows up on the credit report.
