Description

I placed an order for a Dozen Red Roses and a Small Teddy Bear to be delivered same day to My Wife on Tuesday, 12/23/25 to her place of employment. I received 3 different emails, one stating that they were out of stock and would be delivered on next available delivery date which was informed in the email would be Wednesday, 12/24/25. The second email stated that they were delivered on Tuesday, 12/23/25 and the third email stated that they attempted delivery on 12/23/25 but no one was able to receive the order. The order still has not been delivered as of 12/30/25. Several attempts have been made by myself to rectify the situation by emails, chats and by phone with no resolution from them, they are not even answering the chats, emails or phone calls, it is all done by an automated service.
