Ordered 4 of the heated blankets on 10/20/2025. Received tracking number from https://t.17track.net/. Reached out via email on 11/05/2025 and received: "Hi, Thank you so much for your patience — I completely understand your concern. There was a severe storm that affected our U.S. warehouse, which temporarily delayed order processing. We’re now express-shipping materials to our new facility to get all pending orders handled as quickly as possible. This has been an unexpected situation, but please rest assured we’re doing everything we can to get your order out soon.
