i purchased these bags through tiktok. I attempted to cancel them and someone with their customer service replied and offered me a discount. I agreed and they actually gave me a portion of the money back. They provided me with tracking numbers and it took a long time for them to arrive they said due to customs. It showed as delivered however I didn't receive the item. I contacted them and they apologized and resent. After another month it showed as delivered and now no one is responding to me after numerous attempts to contract them. I found them on tiktok again and multiple people are reporting similar stories Its 100% a scam .
