Description

I was contacted via phone, advising they were from Capital One Bank and needed to verify transactions outside my normal area / possible fraud alert. When I didn’t answer right away they texted me and asked to call. Then they called again and I answered. They verified information, down to my personal bank account which I use to pay this credit card with. At that point they tried to make multiple purchases with both my credit cart and my debit card.
