Description
I saw an ad on Facebook for blue flame tool. I left Facebook and googled the company. I went to the website and ordered a bundle package of 2 items. I ordered on Dec 5 and put in my name, address and credit card info. They charged my card. On Dec 6 I got an email the items were shipped. On Dec 23, I emailed the company at [email protected] requesting additional info. The link in the Dec 6 email to track shipping was showing an item in China with no delivery info. I emailed again on Dec 24, 26, 30. I also called and left a message at 1-484-265–1174 which they list as the customer service number. No one answers, it is just goes to voicemail. I also sent a message via Facebook on the company page on Dec 27. No response despite website stating return responses in 24 hours. The tracking link still has not changed. Scam. Ordered items, they charged my credit card and no response despite multiple attempts across multiple platforms.
