Ordered an electrical tester on 17 November 2025 in response to a FACEBOOK advertisement. Received immediate confirmation of order, but then everything received about the order reflected dates two weeks earlier. On 10 December 2025, emailed the company asking for factual and timely shipping information. But they did not reply. As of today (30 December 2025), their web site CLAIMS the shipment was in Charlotte, North Carolina, on 16 December 2025, but no information is provided about ACTUAL courier.
