Posted a jeep forsale on craigslist. Guy tells me his name is TK Guy calls me and wants the jeep I tell guy it wont pass inspection he wants it anyway..tells me he can give me a job if i let him do this deal he pays $1100 of the $1500 asking price says he will pay me another $1200 in 2 weeks if I allow him to use my tags I agreed he makes up a contract off of Serviceslam contract and signs the contract then text it to me i look at it and say ok ...meanwhile im on disability and this guy is taken advantage of me he comes to my house cashapps me $1100 then deletes the contract that he had sent me and replaces it with a contract for 1 of his so called job ... Tells me his name is TK but when writes esitmates says his name is john...I drove to the address that he gave me its not even a business...he signed a contract that he wrote up telling me he was going to pay me the remaining $1200....he has not he has also stole my tags and wont answer the phone and texts me that he is not paying me anything i hope he is caught i trusted him since i cant work the giy took advantage of me with a business contract and i had signed title over to him he left he owes me $1200 and wont return my call
