I ordered a small rebounding ball online through a social media post from makeinpoetry.com for my son-in-law and granddaughter on November 24, 2025 for 19.99+6.99 shipping. Total was to be $26.98 through my ApplePay Capital One MasterCard. I checked my credit card statement for the charge and could never find it, but I found a charge for $35.07 from an unknown merchant (TZANWEIMKCW unpronounceable!! the bank told me they are in Hong Kong) at the same time and date. It took one month to arrive shipped from ITALY! I followed the tracking provided, but when I received it, it was a dud andhad a strange address in Illinois on the small package. Sadly, I don’t have the return address anymore, but it was one that I have read in my research online about these scams. The bottom line is I did receive the merchandise, but I was unable to get any customer service. They wanted me to provide the shipping information in order to help me, and of course was discarded with Christmas wrapping in a large bag stuffed with wrapping paper, etc. No phone number was provided for either one of these purchases on the order confirmation or for the so-called (and unknown) merchant so I just typed in 000-000-0000. I was also the victim of the same kind of scheme when I discovered another unrecognizable charge on a different credit card (through Apple Pay on my Chase United credit card) from another unknown merchant (JUSTLKSRVBG) that I’ve never done business with. This time the charge was $92.30 at the same time and date that I purchased 3 knit hats online that were $76.92 on my order confirmation from VISUALIZEH, who never charged me. I did finally receive the 3 hats today after one month and the USPS package return address was HTRICIS KORTS 212 CHURCH RD. NORTH WALES, PA 19454 this is a SELF STORAGE LOCATION!! I have read several who complained that they also received packages with HTRICIS KORTS at a different US address. Chase Bank and Capital One told me that when you are billed by a different merchant than the seller that that is an automatic scam. They also told me that both of these billing merchants who overbuild me were based in Hong Kong yet the merchandise was made in China and the hats that were shipped to me or originated in Norway and the little ball I’ve finally received had originated in Italy! Both orders took a full month to reach me, but they did reach me. I was over-billed by the TWO phony merchants! What terrible people there are out there! If possible, I would really like to talk directly to a member of the Better Business Bureau about this scam. I have several additional screenshots Including screenshots of all the tracking for one month, showing me the location almost every other day. This portal does not allow me to upload more than one image. The actual amount that I am out from the first “little dud ball” scam is about $8 and I am out an additional $15+ from the 3 hats scam that originated in Norway. Therefore, the scam that I have been victimized by is a little different than the others I read about on the BBB site because I did receive the merchandise, but the similarities and the domestic shipping addresses and the length of time are common elements. Oh and the goods are all from China! I did not receive packages that I did not order. Thank you!
