Adds popped up on Facebook for blue flame tools, I purchased 2 items and then received email for shipping and tracking but then was coming from China and could never track. Emailed company and told order number they couldn’t find and were a family company. Still no receipt of items and no response from company after multiple attempts to contact and no product received.
