Got a call that went to voicemail which stated “In accordance with federal law, this notification fulfills the 72 hour requirement prior to the filing of a legal injunction. You or your legal counsel are required to contact our office without delay. Failure to respond within the designated time frame will be documented as non-compliance, and may result in forfeiture of your opportunity to provide a statement or defense for the record. To avoid further action, you are strongly advised to contact our office prior to the close of business today, or immediately upon the receipt of this message.” It then advised me to hit redial.
