I was approached by Javin Dar at Aerotekhr Staffing about a potential position but the customer required a CSM certification. He recommended that I sign up at Agile Study. It was a certification I had been considering I did sign up and paid the $550 class fee. Agile study sent a receipt and said instructions would be send closer to the class time. I was contacted by Agile Study a day before the class was to start and they changed the time of the class to a time that I was unable to attend. I asked the person on the phone to please refund me the cost of the class. She stated that she would make a note in my file. 2 weeks later I attempted to call the company and got an unmanned voice machine. No one returned my call. A week later, and still no refund, I used the chat function on the site and the response was that I would receive my refund in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later no response and no refund.
