A pair of slide on shoes—very popular-we’re advertises on Instagram and Facebookusing American influencers. They were “on sale”. There were multiple women advertising and showing a very different quality product from what I received. The shoes were described as “comfortable and well cushioned”. The shoes I received have cardboard inserts. And they do not even fit to be used to take out the trash. I emailed the company with the email provided on the package tracking email from them. Of course they will not refund the on sale items per their policy. I emailed them and they responded twice telling me they are sorry. In the second email they adopted the American name Mark. I told them I would be reporting them to the BBB. I have blocked their email.
