received written notice as if they are medicare and are here to assist with obtaining more medical benefits notice. they are DBA Call Trader, LLC; however, the written notice did not have a returned address. So I googled contact info for the Call Trader, LLC. the website consists of other phone numbers and the postal permit on the envelope uses another zipcode 75212 (Dallas, TX), and the permit number to that postal permit is 107.
