I ordered a hoodie that was originally advertised as $100, but on sale. It represents a NY logo in leopard print. It shows 2,934 good reviews under the item, but now I see that the reviews are not just for the hoodie but the same number of reviews are under all the items in the store. The website stresses they offer “high-quality garments” and in their FAQs they advertise that they are based out of LA. The hoodie arrived and it’s low quality fabric and the decal on the hoodie is cheaply made and looks yellow and like it was literally ironed on with an iron. It looks like something I would have bought off SHEIN. I reached out and asked for a refund and they offered me full credit on the site and I wouldn’t have to return the item or if I didn’t like that option then I could get a full refund. I didn’t see anything else I liked on the site and asked for a full refund. They then tried to negotiate multiple times with giving me a percentage refund back and still keeping the item. I didn’t even know it was coming from China considering they advertise they are an LA based company. This site is a total scam.
