Purchased 5 jewelry pouches for $55.96. Only received 4. Emailed retailer and requested the 5th pouch be shipped, the seller said they checked with the shipping department and the order was “processed correctly”. They refuse to send the missing pouch. I planned to ship the 4 I received to shipper’s address on the plastic envelope they were shipped in, but when I googled the individual and shipping address, it says it’s a fraudulent name and location often used in scams.
