Description
I ordered a hat on December 2nd. The company stated 15 business day maximum including production AND delivery. After inquiring, the company sent a tracking number that only states information given on the 13th, not shipped. Then said the hat was lost, and were sending a replacement on 26th. Tracking for the replacement was the EXACT same number as the first stating information given on the 13th, not shipped. They just gave me an identical tracking page for a different hat. They are refusing to refund or cancel after repeated attempts.
