Description
I was browsing facebook and i noticed a facebook ad that had magnetic minecraft blocks. What drew me to them was that they actually lit up. Meaning the fire blocks and the water blocks acturally lit up. It was different than other company magnetic blocks. I entered on the facebook page and they had almost 500k followers and tons of comments like people saying they ordered some. The page looked like a real business with the website page and contact info. My son loves minecraft so i decided to order him some. They had a sale going on for 136 for 600 minecraft blocks which came with 6 free minecraft characters and a book. I placed my order on the 10th. The website said processing takes 2 days and you should get your merchandise within 7 days and also the buildiblox would comment that same answers to customers who would comment and ask how long does shipping take. Okay cool. This was supposed to be a christmas gift for my son. Me has magnetic minecraft blocks but none of them lit up. 10 days go by and still no merchandise. I went back on buildiblox on facebook and i start to notice people commenting now how they been ordered around the time i ordered and still no product. I start to worry too. I commented on a person comment that said they got their product and their child loves it. I regain hope but then i click on their facebook page to find evidence of it and the page was just seemed as if they buildiblox made the page to deter the people. I start to get scared because what if they stole my debit card information. I call my bank put in a request for investigation all while finding out who is behind this page. So i logged into my debit card app and go to the buildiblox merchant name and a address pop up under the merchant name. Like for example...if i use my card at McDonald's in marion, sc, it will tell me that i used my card and McDonald's in marion with the McDonald's address and it online at amazon then the merchant name and city. So i was stunned to see that the address on buildiblox had an Brooklyn NY address when buildìblox said they were chinesse and the products was coming from overseas on a slow boat from china. So i took the liberty to put the address in my maps on my phone and i seen it was some apartment complex brick home that to me looks like a scam. I then go to brooklyn ny property taxes to look to see who own the home and 3 people actually own the home with the names of ** ** **** ***** *** **** **** They are chinese and they currently owe more than 10 thousand on property taxes and is due immediately. They financed through ****** ******* ****** ***** They had someone make their website page from a company in Canda called Tucows registry located at 96 Mowat Ave in Toronto, On which keeps the registra information a secret. If they was a legit company then the Ceo name and photo would be public knowledge and their company would be seen on BBB and people would have reported the company. What a good way to scam people of their money. I can't really link the house to buildiblox but i do know the merchant address is visible to me and others who was scammed and if they took the time to look at it and that the merchant property is 10k plus in debt owned by Chinese People who so happended to say the boat is coming from China. Would a court ordered be issused to Tucows registry to find out who registerd the webpage to be made to match it to the property in Brooklyn then this will be a major lawsuit because thousands lost their money. As of December 25th they lost many followers. They are now at 6k followers, they are deleting comments that may incriminate them and blocking people and not answering the website email and also people are now starting to speak out on it on the internet but too late for people like me and others. All im thinking about is my debit card information and other people information. Im not sure how hackers work and if they can get your ssn, address or other information with a link. I also took it upon myself and used the tracking number they gave me on fedex and Usps and the package does not exist. My package said it was in california usps los angeles and i called and they said no package with my name on it was there but the tracking number they gave me on their webpage tracking said it was. Also to note, buildiblox has their own tracking number page through them and can only be tracked on their page but how can it be delivered with fedex and usps and going to their facility and they have no knowledge of a package coming through them. The carrier they use has the name of SHJX which is a chinese international package carrier. I also was about to report the company in China but if they really are the scammers then the U.S should handle them. I cant upload all the evidence i have but please investigate this. 135$ may not be alot but imangine stealing from thousands and currently stealing and that adds up especially when people like us anticipated what we purchased and now in fear of being compromised with such vulnerable information in their hands. There are some grandmothers probably ordering from them and is clueless. Also one person said the recieved a messaged from a 3rd party that said their package was delivered and it was not there at all. If its not the mailing service, fed ex or usps then who out there riding around folks houses in invisible cars we cant see. When i asked for a refund, the next day the updated my tracking from being at los angelos usps to almost being delivered at the airport with no delivery date but they ignored me beforehand
