An advertisement showed up on Instagram about lymphatic drainage drops. I took an interest in the ad because I’ve been looking for a product like this. Everything seem legit when I made my purchase online on their website that also looked official. I selected a one time payment I never subscribed for a monthly subscription and then I started receiving more product and I was confused because I know what I selected. They had no phone number to contact them. I reached out via email because that’s all I had. I got a response for my request to cancel. The subscription cancellation was never honored. The response was to pause my subscription, but that’s not what I wanted to do and when they send the third shipment out is when I started to dig a little deeper and found the real company that’s called nature sunshine, and they had a actual phone number and I called and spoke to a representative that confirmed that nature sunrise is a scam so please be on the lookout because now they changed their name from nature sunrise to Lymphoria to continue with their fraudulence. They took a total of $137.98 from me. I had to go to my bank and cancel my debit card and get a new debit card so that they are not able to take anything else from my account because canceling with these scammers is nearly impossible.
