Description
I ordered a product on Facebook on December 3, 2025, based on glowing reviews, paying with a credit card. Within TWO HOURS, I canceled the order because I checked other sources and learned the "medical aid" did not work. They shipped it anyway on 12/9/25; credit card charge went through on 12/4/25. They said there would be a return label in the package. I received product on December 21st (no return label) and immediately asked for return instructions, per their website. Twice they have emailed a response saying that they will respond in 1 to 2 business days, but they did not.
