Purchase was made on https://viicor.com, on 12/3/25 - $114.00 (electronic video globe) with stand. We never received e-mail confirmation of purchase. We reached out via e-mail on 12/18/25 advising of this and we should have received item by then. On 12/19, rep from [email protected] reached out stating they couldn't find the order and it must be that we didn't put in our e-mail address - not true. On 12/21, same rep said they found the order. It should arrive within 1-2 business days. Looking back at the e-mail exchange, I didn't realize the additional red flags: The name next to the [email protected] responding to our inquiry was Huyen Kasten, but the name at the bottom of the communication stated, "Best regards, William N, Viicor Support." We didn't receive it within 1-2 business days - received 12/27. The outside package was mailed by Keathers Fottyes, which we now see online is a confirmed scam. The box included the globe and stand. Nothing on the box said Viicor on it, but had a pamphlet with a QR code for instructions. As the globe didn't work, we scanned the QR code. This redirected us to a website: http://us.onlinereadycontent.com/access.php. It asked you to put in your credit card information to access the instructions. Literally seconds after we put in our credit card info and address, I received fraud alerts from my bank advising charges to my account were just attempted and declined - At first $2.00 charge from ESTORY4U.NET and while on the phone with a bank, another $2.00 charge came in from a music ap. Obvious test charges. We had our cards canceled. Globe does not work and the extra amount we paid for the stand is too big to hold the globe for viewing.
