I found a black friday discount on a shengmilo ebike for transportaion, on ebay, ebay certified this transaction for 543.11 for this shengmilo ebike with their "EbayGuaranter dont worry pitch" i wss sitting at my front door at estimated time of arrival provided by my seller on ebay with ebay also sending me a notification through usps. The notification said delivered, by usps, there was nobody in sight, i was at the door egerly awaiting. I never received my order. I asked ebay to refund me 543.11, and ebay said contact the seller first tk resolve my undelivered order, which i did 3 times to no response. Ebay finally stepped in, and sent me a message saying my item was deliverex per tracking seller provided, and my case was closed, i tried calling ebay, no human interaction, only artificial intelligence offering me condolences, and a sliver of hope saying i can appeal which i did, explaining in detail. I get a message again offering condolences and firmly exclaiming my case is now closed i will not be refunded because seller provided teacking information saying delivered to san francisco ca. 94112. Not even my entire address. Im in a severe finacial hardship situation, i made a big mistake trusting ebays guarantee. It wouldve better to buy groceries for me and my 2 dependents. Please help me bbb recover what i can from this foolish choice i made.
