I ordered a Christmas gift from Barsys Cocktails on December 5, 2025 through their tiktok shop storefront . On December 11, 2025 I received an update that the shipping label was printed and my order was packaged and awaiting carries pickup (USPS), and the delivery window would be december 19th- december 24th. I received no more updates so on the 17th of december I reached out through their tiktok help center and explained the issue and asking them for an update and received no response. I then reached out again on the 19th through both email and the help center and I was told in written statement that my order was “packed and will arrive before Christmas”, and blamed the shipping company claiming they are waiting for them to pick it up. I reach out again on the 20th, and they do not respond until monday, the 22nd stating that “ Part of the holdup has been waiting for product to arrive at our facility, along with carrier pickup timing and delayed scans once packages leave our hands”, showing that they blatantly lied telling me my order was packaged and ready to ship, but now changing it to awaiting th e product to arrive at their warehouse? Frustrated, I reach out again on the 23rd asking when me order will be shipped and they responded with, “ Orders placed by December 4th are already in motion, and many will show tracking updates by the end of today as carrier scans are completed. Temporary pauses in tracking are common during this period while packages move through carrier facilities. Your order is being handled and is on its way. We appreciate your patience as the system catches up to demand. Wishing you and your family happy holidays—we’re committed to ensuring this delay does not overshadow the experience you’ll have with Barsys”. I reached out again today through email and and the tiktok help center as there still has not been any movement on the 26th of December, over 20 days after I ordered my product, explaining how frustrated and dissapointed I was to have to interact with such a deceitful, disrespectful and unorganized money scamming company, To be told that my order is a high priority and their doing their best. I searched their tiktok comment section to find hundreds of other people claiming the same issues with the company taking your money and never shipping the product, and they need to be brought to justice for their blatant lies and scamming money from customers. I am still waiting for my order as of December 26, 2025
