Description
The company advertised portable retro gaming device on its website. After payment was made, the company kept continuously lying about the whereabouts of the order. The company sent multiple contradicting emails, some stated the item shipped, some said the item was still in process. However, the tracking number the company provided showed no progress since 12 December 2025. The shipping should have been done in 4-9 days.Upon requested refund, they denied it because they stated the warehouse processed it and they couldn't do anything. Simultaneously, there is still no show that the item is even in the possession of the shipping company.
