Description
Was looking for health insurance. They called and explained the plan also checked to see if physicians and medications were covered under plan. Have not received insurance cards yet. Called to see where they were and cannot get a hold of company. Have spoken to third party billing company regarding issues but they keep referring us to the company. 1st enrolled took the payment. Called # on back of insurance card( able to see on member website) spoke with someone who gave me the name administration one. Feel like this is a huge scam and now not even sure it's real insurance and might be out $350.
