I ordered from what was advertised as a Canadian men’s clothing website. The advertised photos were high quality materials which reflected the high cost. Price was shown as a sale. When received the item, tags had been cut from the garment, the lining was almost non-existent and the outer layer was synthetic and cheaply made. The hoodie was also not an XL ( it looked more like a CAN small)-reflected sizing of China made clothing. They then spent a couple of weeks delaying any action by promises to look into the issue etc and then tried to say returns needed to be made within 30 days (which they conveniently crossed by not responding promptly), cost of shipping at my cost. This was after sending photos and a description of what arrived. Their latest email at most, offered a 25% refund or 50% off another purchase. I still have the item and receipt as well as email thread. I have also since seen complaints on FB regarding other people’s experiences being scammed.
