clicked a link from Marketplace on Facebook it directed me to a video with Veterinarians talking about cats getting sick from name brand food sources and Veterinarian's trying to sell supplements like Taurine to help save peoples cats lives before its too late. after clicking the link it automatically entered me into an enrolment I never authorized for monthly shipments through shop and I tried to contact them and there was no information about them on their website at all except for an email address, I responded to them to cancel the order right away and tried to contact them directly through my email confirmation that was sent to my email, I contacted "SHOP" account that was sent through my phone to cancel the subscription, and tried to send a report in that they appear to be a fraudulent company that has no validity of any form or tracking information to know who they even are, they could be offering poison for all I know, SHOP instructed me to make a report to Shopify which I wasn't even signed up to in the first place. So how did they get away with getting my transaction is the question. and they appear to be a fake company and its scary that people could potentially give their pets something that could cause harm. I didn't even sign up to this and got scammed, they have not responded back even once and now I got a message saying the shipment is on the way with a tracking order that doesn't say where its from. Also when you look at the products it gives a number of Only a small amount let but every time you refresh the page the number changes up and down. its a scam. BEWARE this could harm your animals
