Want to report website robstevenson.ca. Advertise high end menswear but item received is a very cheap knock off which does not resemble the photo on website. Website appears to be Canadian but I upon further investigation, seems to operate out of China and Great Britain. I have had several emails with company from a couple of different email addresses - [email protected] and Rob Stevenson via helpscout.net. It took a few emails simply to be supplied with exact instructions for returning an item. When I went through the process, return of a 1.9lb item was calculated to be $297.11 Canadian Dollars which was almost 3x the cost of the actual item. I have requested a reasonable solution and initially was offered 15% of my $ back or 50% off another item. After a follow up email, I was offered 25% back of initial cost or a free item of equal value.
