I received a text out of the blue from someone claiming to be Mary with Accurate Staffing asking if I would like to work. I said yes. She gave my number to Madison Greene apparently who texted me from 720.224.4753. Madison walked me through setting myself up on their website and through how to do the “job”. Then she walked me through setting up my Venmo to receive the cryptocurrency I supposedly earned during my training. I transferred about $65 worth of crypto to my Venmo. She started texting me on WhatsApp and had me join a group on WhatsApp. She has the phone number 303.525.6818 on WhatsApp. She pressured me to download CashApp and a couple other apps. I finally told her I wasn’t interested and asked if I could get my account deleted on their website. I also asked customer support on their website if I could get my account deleted. I also asked for help in returning the crypto I have in Venmo. They all refused. I don’t think they have any of my PII, unless they have my Venmo address or something from a screen shot of my Venmo. I blocked the numbers Madison Greene used and got out of the WhatsApp group. I can share any text messages.
