I am reporting a fraudulent online purchase made through a TikTok advertisement that directed me to a website called ROSMIRAE, which appeared to be a legitimate retail business. I placed an order and was charged approximately $40+ on my debit card. After payment was taken, I was issued a tracking number, giving the impression that the order was legitimate. Shortly afterward, the ROSMIRAE website became unavailable, which raised immediate concern. Further investigation revealed that the ROSMIRAE website is a fraudulent copy of a legitimate business (Glam Aholic). The actual owner of Glam Aholic has publicly stated on multiple social media platforms that scammers have duplicated their website and branding and are using false advertisements to scam consumers. The legitimate company has confirmed they have no affiliation with ROSMIRAE. When I contacted ROSMIRAE, they responded claiming to be a responsible company, offered a 20% refund, and provided a tracking number (SYGJ202838215CN). However, the tracking number is invalid. When searched, it either does not exist or shows a package allegedly originating from China with no movement or delivery history. I never received any product, and the promised refund was never issued. I attempted to follow up multiple times but received no further responses. The combination of a fake website, copied branding, false advertising, invalid tracking information, and failure to issue a refund clearly indicates intentional deception and consumer fraud. I am submitting this report to document the scam and to help prevent others from being misled by this operation.
