I bought a kitten from a website, paid in full including shipping. Shipping demanded cash pay for heated crate for the kittens health during flight ,then demanded cash for life insurance, then demanded for additional vaccines required and state license. They stated if I do not pay they will quaranteen the kitten for 3 months and report me for animal neglect. They said all money refunded upon delivery. A 2 hour flight has now become over 5 days, no kitten, no refund. They are demanding anothe $3500 to prove I am a fit pet parent. I refused and said return kitten to sender. Now sender and delivery company United logistics network is ghosting me. Delivery company website is fake with only one phone number and a single person answering. Address is fake on delivery company.
