This group of characters operates a fradulent bike business. I initially reached out looking for a shop that rents mountain bikes in Tucson Arizona. The website shows a Travelers Choice trip advisor badge, a 4.9 star average review on google, and a number of other flashy widgets showing how many people are currently looking at bikes. When reaching out, they only respond via text message, but there is a person who tries to get you to rent a bike on their form. I went to the address on the website the next day and there is no shop, they have no presence on trip advisor or on google, and they were unreachable. I went to a nearby shop looking for "John" (the person I texted), and the shop then informed me there's been a long-time scam where this company operates out of a nearby storage facility on oracle road in oro valley, somehow facilitating bike rentals from there. Not only did it ruin my day, but they threatened me with multiple statements like "you are not to contact us again". I am asking for the BBB to independently reserach this busienss and consider taking action to remove their website and ability to operate as they are clearly bad actors. If anything they should be forced to take down their illegitimate trip advisor and google score from their website and be removed from top google search results. This is behavior I would expect to see in a foreign country, not in the United States.
