Description

On December 16, 2025, I paid $1,450.00 for what was represented as a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe engine (2.4L) under Invoice #FRAGA1342. The invoice showed the balance as paid in full and included claims of a 2-year parts and labor warranty. After payment was submitted: • The engine was never delivered • No legitimate tracking information was provided • All communication ceased • The seller has not responded to follow-up attempts • The business appears to be misrepresenting itself or operating fraudulently I believe this invoice was intentionally used to collect payment for goods that were never provided. I am requesting acknowledgment of this complaint and appropriate action to prevent further consumer harm.
