I’m leaving this review mainly as a warning to future customers. InternetFlorist operates as a network of mirrored websites for different countries, but the actual delivery experience is very basic. In my case (gifted chocolates), the package was delivered like a standard DHL/DPD shipment — a simple cardboard box handed over by a regular courier. There was no sense of a special or celebratory moment. For a price of 70+ EUR, this feels overpriced and disappointing. The more serious issue is their payment system and customer support. I placed multiple orders; four payments were successfully debited from my bank account, which is fully confirmed by bank receipts, timestamps, and screenshots. However, only three payments appear in their system. Despite providing all proof and being advised by their support to continue ordering while the issue would be resolved later, I am now stuck with repetitive template responses stating that they “received only three payments.” No real investigation, no refund, no responsibility taken. Bottom line: questionable value for money, fragile payment handling, and support that does not resolve issues when something goes wrong. Proceed with caution.
