Lux Cosmetics is scamming customers. The "company" is running ads on facebook claiming a buy one get one free product, however they are either not sending the products at all, not sending the free items as advertised or sending completely different products that are lower quality. The number listed to contact the company belongs to a random man and the emails they have for their customer service are not valid emails. The emails bounce back. This company should really be looked into as they have hinder if thousands of followers and yet are filtering comments out of their post on Facebook so other users can't see them. I have attached a screen shot of their response on face to as their attempt to resolve the issue. This is not far as the only reason I bought the item was because I thought I would receive two kits . This seems to be an ongoing issue with this company
