Description
I purchased two pairs of boots from the company. Boots came and were clearly not what was pictured on the website. Horrible low qualify materials when they were advertised as "leather boots". Contacted the company, they offered credit back to keep the boots (25% back). Their return policy is to mail back - to China which is far higher cost than what was paid for the boots themselves. I contacted PayPal and escalated to them. After months they reached a "resolution" to have me send the boots back to AB Community Group LLC Spaanshof 16, , Lennik, , BE, 1750 which is just as high cost to ship back (Over $200). I have contacted PayPal again about this issue but will likely never see the money. The company "Ash New York" tried to email me saying they are a "family company" and escalating to PayPal is bad for their business. Bologna.
