I purchased about $350 worth of socks from the Nordic Socks US website on November 26th, and they have not responded to my order. They have not sent the order status update and have not responded to multiple emails I have sent to the customer service email. The company's phone number, 470-480-3119 is not set up to receive or answer any calls. The customer service email, [email protected] does not respond.
