Description
I ordered an extension cable online from their website and they failed to deliver it the right address and they will not refund me unless I get confirmation that it was delivered to the wrong address but the carrier company that they use will not email me back to state that they did not deliver it to the right address. You can clearly see based on the details of the delivery that they did not mail it to the right address. They have the latitude and longitude of where the carrier delivered the package and it does not match up with the address to where it was supposed to be delivered. They still will not refund me.
