I purchased an online program called Think and Thin Thrive through Brittany Watkins. During the information/sales call Brittany promised repeatedly and enthusiastically that only twenty people were going to be let in the program and that each person would receive an individual support person assigned to them to walk through the program and help them to access and understand it and that there would be personal support. She also promised that there would be live zoom calls available daily. These are the two reason's that I purchased this program because I knew that I would need individual assistance learning about the portal and how to use it. I never was assigned a person, even after inquiring numerous times. I received an email for several of the live calls and when I selected the link and put in the code that was give in the email for a class the morning the emails were sent and it did not work. This was a reoccurring issue. When I ask for support the support email told me to log into my account and go to a certain page for the correct links and codes. I responded by replying to the email that it is confusing to receive an email announcing a class that would be happening soon and then given incorrect information only to be told after the class upon inquiry to find the correct information to go to an entirely different page on the website to get the accurate information. This happened several times dealing with this business. I was given inaccurate information and unable to access what was promised. There is not true customer support. After numerous inquiries requesting my money back, they just kept sending me a generic email with the qualifications of a refund which was an unreasonable amount of completed assignments and homework within six months. The sales call totally misrepresented what is actually provided. There has not even been an attempt to genuinely help me after promising individual help.
