Description
I saw an ad on instagram for retractable rachet by Rhino USA. The ad was from a Facebook account with the name Bobby turner. The shop now took you to a website with the name forcegear. All pictures looked the same as the ad. The pictures in the website show that you’ll get a 2 pack of ratchet straps and a bag. It says you should receive the item in 7-10 business days. The shipping from china with SDH took over a month. The packaging was terrible. I only received one strap no bag. It looks nothing like the pictures and I can’t get it to work properly. The lack of protective packaging appears to have bent the item. Unfortunately I didn’t see the comments on the instagram ad saying the same experience I’m having. I have most photos.
