Description

I ordered flowers for a friend’s funeral from this company, which was touted as a family-owned business. The flowers were never delivered to the church, as confirmed by her family. I attempted to report this via the customer service number, but it took over 45 minutes, numerous calls, and being hung up on twice to get a person. While I was on hold, I googled this place and saw multiple reports of scams. This is adding insult to injury while grieving a loved one, for whose funeral I could not travel to. I am still awaiting any type of resolution
