Ordered a product in which is was supposed to be a replica of my pet on a pair of pajamas for my son. The website states that it was to be a replica of my picture and instead it was some cheap clip art photo. $65 (on sale) is expensive for a pair of child pajamas, but it was for Christmas. Website also states a 100% guaranteed refund if unsatisfied. I reached out to the company and they instead stated that they would not refund me and that is what I ordered. That is absolutely not what I ordered and what happened to the 100% refund if unsatisfactory? I will gladly send back but they refuse to work with me on it. After more research, I discovered that they are not a 100% American company and that they do indeed ship out to China as well, in which I was led to believe it was all made here in the US. They scam off people then turn around and send low quality products and rescind their own guarantee policy. They need to be investigated for false advertising and misleading information. I have attached the picture of the product I received. Thank you.
