I purchased a video game console on the website. I looked into the company and found a Trust Pilot site with many negative reviews. In my attempts to cancel the order and get a refund, I have received vague emails from the company promising that my order is on the way. The company appears to be a scam and many other buyers have experienced something similar to me.
