This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Elaine Buehl is the person that sent this. Sent me an E-Mail asking me to pay from Paypal asking me to pay $470.13 to Coinbase. The phone number they put on the E-Mail is 1-805-732-7145. I only printed the invoice and did not open the Download they had on the invoice.
